Ok, we get it. You probably already have these spreadsheets, but you either don't feel like doing it or maybe you're unsure of how to do it. Fear not!  We created Bare Bones out of wishing we had this service available when we started our small business. 

How it Works

  • Holler at us for a free 1-hour consultation (phone, Skype, in-person)
    • During the meet up we'll discuss your needs, wants, timeframes and any questions that pop up
    • Want additional templates or requests? Cool. We'll talk about this now.

    Begin the Bare Bones Set Up
    • Includes P&L, Cash Flow, Open to Buy and Monthly Comparison spreadsheets based on monthly numbers
    • After templates are created, we ensure that you understand the entire process so that you may continue to use the spreadsheets each month with a clear understanding of what it means to your business
    • What we'll need from you: Sales, Expense, Inventory, Budget, Tax -- all based on month totals
      • Don't have reports? We'll find a way to help ya.
